To confirm a tour package with North India Planner, an advance payment of 30% of the total package cost is required. 50% is payable upon arrival before departure from Haridwar/Delhi, and the remaining 20% can be cleared during the mid-tour.
All road transportation is conducted using commercially authorized vehicles. In the event of unforeseen landslides, road blockages, extreme weather, or natural calamities leading to itinerary modifications or extra overnight halts, additional hotel/vehicle expenses will be directly payable by the guest.
Pilgrims are advised to consult their medical practitioners prior to traveling to high altitudes (Kedarnath: 3,584m, Badrinath: 3,133m). Guests must carry their prescribed medications.
